Our History
Founded in 1983 by the late Graham Nugent, One Great Team emerged from a vision to revolutionize corporate training. Graham, a world-class HR consultant, recognized the limitations of traditional training methods and introduced experiential learning to the Gulf region, laying the foundation for what would become the most successful team-building program in the Middle East.
Over the decades, our program has expanded its reach, impacting over 50,000 participants across 500 organizations in 32 countries. In 2019, the stewardship of One Great Team was entrusted to Thahir Ahammed, an award-winning speaker and seasoned learning facilitator.
